Todd Grundy

PRINCIPAL

Todd Grundy grew up at Arpi’s North, with his father, Don Grundy leading the company as Vice President. Todd became a full time employee of Arpi’s Industries in 1994 at 17 when he entered into the apprenticeship program. Todd became a journeyman sheet metal mechanic and shortly thereafter received the coveted Red Seal Journeyman Sheet Metal designation in 2000. 

Todd quickly developed a reputation for his leadership abilities, critical thinking and ability to get the job done and rose quickly to the position of foreman. Working from the ground up within the business has given Todd a well rounded perspective that is both relevant and unique in the industry. Todd is able to leverage those years of experience in all areas of the business and business cycles. 

In 2007 Todd became one of the founding partners and Vice President of the current entity Arpi’s North Inc.

Today under Todd’s guidance and watchful eye, Arpi’s North Inc. is considered an innovator and industry leader that continues to develop and foster meaningful and enduring relationships in the construction industry, that with dedication, attention to detail and strong core values has distinguished themselves as the leading Mechanical Contractor in the industry. 

Todd is an active member of the community to which he serves and currently sits as chairman of the CLRA (Construction of Labour Relations of Alberta). Todd also is a contributing director to YOUCAN Youth Services which is dedicated to helping youth in the community to gain knowledge and practical skills and resources to live healthy lives out of harm’s way.
